We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Please read and understand the following terms of services before placing an order. By ordering our services, you agree to all the terms outlined below:

1. Services Provided
  • Standard Package:

    Work duration: 7 business days, Revisions: Maximum 2 times, Animation duration: Maximum 7 seconds, Background: Flat gradient, Output: MP4 file with 4K resolution + sound effects

  • You can also add services in the Package details menu.
2. The Concept
  • Please note, this is a 3D logo animation, not a 2D logo animation, so A 3D Reveal Logo Animation is an animation where the logo appears in three dimensions and is gradually revealed as a 2D logo (the original logo) and the logo animation concept only covers a Clean and Minimal 3D style, so If the outside of this concept, please explain it to us via email at [email protected].
  • You can also collaborate your desired concept and animation flow with our 3D Clean and Minimal concept so please explain in the 'My Concept' section *if there is, or if there is not, please select '3D Clean and Minimal Concept'.
3. Copyright and Usage
  • Commercial Use: You are granted the right to use the animation for commercial purposes.
  • Full Copyright:
    • Full copyright of the animation (not the logo within it) can be purchased for an additional cost of US$135.
    • With full copyright purchase, you will receive all source files, including project files, animation elements, and sound effects.
  • Copyright Limitations:
    • Full copyright covers only the animation we create.
    • The logo used in the animation is entirely your property unless it is designed by us as part of an additional service.
  • Sound Effects: All sound effects used are sourced from commercially licensed files.
  • If full copyright is not purchased, we retain the copyright for the animation and may use it for portfolio or promotional purposes.
4. Order Terms
  • Work will begin after a 50% down payment is received.
  • Payments are accepted only via PayPal to the account: [email protected].
  • You are required to attach the logo file in vector format (AI, SVG, or PDF). If unavailable, an additional fee will be charged for the re-vectoring process.
  • If you have an animation plot in text or storyboard format, please provide it as a reference.
  • This package does not include logo design services unless ordered separately.
  • Work Queue:

    Each client who places an order will be added to the work queue, and we will inform you of the exact start date after your order is confirmed and the down payment is received.

5. Revision Policy
  • The standard package includes a maximum of 2 minor revisions.
  • Additional minor revisions will be charged at US$15 per revision.
  • Major revisions, such as concept changes or significant requests, will be charged based on complexity and confirmed through discussion before proceeding.
6. Delivery and File Format
  • The final result will be delivered in MP4 format with 4K resolution.
  • Additional files such as GIF, MOV, or source files will only be provided if purchased separately or through the full copyright purchase.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • The 50% down payment is non-refundable if you cancel the order after work has begun.
  • Full refunds are only applicable if we cancel the project before starting work.
8. Dispute Resolution
  • All disputes will be resolved amicably. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be settled according to the laws applicable in our jurisdiction.
